The journey began with blessings at Gurudwara Paonta Sahib, followed by insightful visits to Robber’s Cave, Forest Research Institute, Sahastradhara and Tapkeshwar Temple.
Students explored traditional and regional education, environmental awareness, cultural heritage, and spiritual values — truly learning beyond the classroom.
Guided by Prof. Pardeep Singh, Prof. Priyanka, and Prof. Meenu Khera, the trip was inspiring, educational, and unforgettable.

Enjoying party’s vibe and style!
The Commerce Department of SGHS Khalsa College, led by Prof. Parveen Kaur (HOD), organized an unforgettable educational trip to Dehradun! With support from Prof. Amrinder, Babita, and Simranjeet, simranjeet kaur, the trip was a resounding success. We explored Roberson Cave, marveling at its unique rock formations and learning about its geological history. A visit to the Dehradun Zoo taught us about conservation and biodiversity. We also visited the historic Gurudwara in Paonta Sahib, learning about Sikh history and culture. In Rishikesh, we visited the revered Gurudwara and took in the breathtaking views of the Ganges River, crossing iconic bridges like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and Janki Jhula. Additionally, we had the opportunity to visit a renowned forest research institute museum, where we gained insights into cutting-edge research and innovations.
